- How do I make an appointment for a first visit?
There are three options for making an appointment:
a) by telephone (on 608 92 10 08, available throughout Poland), allowing you to obtain information and an answer to every question, as well as to register yourself for a visit to any of the facilities of our network of clinics
b) by email, completing the mini registration form on our website or writing to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
c) in person, by visiting a clinic; maps can be found on the right-hand panel of our website, under the heading "Our clinics" - Will I be charged for a first visit?
A first consultative visit to one of our clinics is free of charge. It lasts around 30 minutes and consists of a comprehensive dental check-up with regard to conservative dentistry and dental surgery, this encompassing:
a) a medical examination
b) diagnosis and instructions for treatment and prevention
c) information on methods and costs of treatmentIt is worth adding that our clinics operate a loyalty programme for patients, the Dent-a-Medical Smile Club. Having completed a form, a patient receives a personal loyalty card giving entitlement to the above services, as well as to free pantomography of the oral cavity, indispensable for correct diagnosis. - Is it possible to provide comprehensive treatment within a month?
Yes. This is dependent on the condition of the teeth and the periodontium (the tissues in contact with the teeth) of the patient as well as his or her expectations and possibilities. The first visit to our clinic is highly significant, in that this ends with a preliminary dental diagnosis of the condition of the teeth and periodontium, on the basis of which pantomography and a clinical examination are conducted and the patient is informed of the scope of the treatment and its duration, and the costs of the procedures to be performed at the subsequent visit.
At this subsequent visit, taking into account the expectations and wishes of the patient and following consultation with a team of specialists, the doctor leading presents:
a) the precise scope and method of treatment
b) a proposal for a detailed timetable of visits (adjusted to the diary of the patient)
c) a calculation of complete treatment costs
The amounts for the medical procedures given in the treatment plan undergo no change over the period for which the plan is valid.The patient obtains reliable information on the time of the entire treatment.
- Do you apply any discounts or promotions?
Our clinic network operates a loyalty programme, the Dent-a-Medical Smile Club. This provides its users with discounts for dental services at our clinics. The Smile Club card is received by every patient registering at our clinics, completing the form and accepting the conditions of participation in our Dent-a-Medical Smile Club loyalty programme. If a patient is interested solely in a dental check-up, it must be remembered that in order to issue a correct diagnosis, creation of a pantomographic image is necessary.
- How long will I need to wait to see a specialist?
Waiting times for visits to our clinics are short. This is as true for a visit to a dentist specialising in conservative or cosmetic dentistry as it is for a visit to a periodontist or dental surgeon, and it is possible to arrange one virtually overnight.
