Our clinics operate a loyalty programme for patients, the Dent-a-Medical Smile Club.
How do I participate in the programme?
The sole condition it is necessary to meet to become a participant in the programme is a visit to one of our clinics and registration for the Smile Club card, which may be obtained from our sales representative or at the clinics.
The No Name Smile Club card guarantees free of charge:
- a comprehensive dental check-up with regard to conservative dentistry and dental surgery, this encompassing:
- X-ray diagnostics (panoramic photography of the oral cavity)
- a medical examination
- oa medical certificate as well as diagnosis and instructions for treatment and prevention, including professional instruction in optimal oral cavity hygiene
- information on methods and costs of treatment
By visiting Dent-a-Medical clinics regularly you will receive points on your account which may be exchanged for:
- non-cash rewards (rewards are presented in a display case at each of our clinics as well as on the clinic website – the Smile Club Rewards Catalogue
- gift vouchers allowing:
- provision of dental services free of charge at Dent-a-Medical clinics
