The first visit to Dent-a-Medical - step by step:
- when arranging the first visit the patient is given the number of a parking space for his or her vehicle in a private car park adjacent to the clinic
- from the moment the patient crosses the threshold of the clinic a representative is concerned for his or her comfort
- waiting for the patient at reception are a disposable toothbrush, toothpaste and a small mug
- the cosy, comfortably furnished waiting room set aside solely for our patient is equipped with audio-video equipment and WiFi (a wireless internet connection), with soothing music, the daily press and a rich collection of magazines set the task of helping time pass more pleasantly
- children accompanying their parents during a visit to the clinic have care and entertainment provided for them (satellite TV, Playstation, games, drawing materials and the like)
- appointments begin punctually
- the interview with the doctor leading takes place on a one-to-one basis
- the first visit ends with a full dental diagnosis based on consultation with a team of specialists of all fields of dentistry; a check-up is performed on the basis of pantomography performed at the clinic
- the doctor leading, taking into account the expectations and wishes of the patient, presents:
- the precise scope and method of treatment
- a proposal for a timetable of visits (adjusted to the diary of the patient)
- a calculation of treatment costs
- during the first visit oral cavity hygienisation (removal of tartar and sandblasting) is also performed
The amounts for the medical procedures given in the treatment plan undergo no change over the period for which the plan is valid.
The patient obtains reliable information on the duration of the entire treatment process.
